Performing successful works in various senior positions in many banks throughout his professional career, Cem Mengi, serving as Deputy General Manager at Finansbank, Interbank, Körfezbank, Rabobank International and ING Bank, continued his career as the Chairman of the Credit Committee and Executive Board Member Responsible for Loans and Placements at Akbank, respectively. Cem Mengi, who has taken “A Levels” in the UK on Mathematics and Physics, and studied “Information Management Systems” at the Faculty of Business and Management at International University, has been working as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saya Grup since 2019.

Started his professional career at Hedef Group after his education period, Haluk Sancak; held senior management positions in the Financial Affairs, Sales Marketing and Purchasing departments of Hedef Gıda, Hedef Ecza and Hedef Alliance companies. Sancak, who also assumed the position of General Manager at the branches in different regions of Hedef Alliance, founded Saya Group with his brothers in 2006. Haluk Sancak served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saya Group between 2006-2016 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saya Group between 2017-2019. Haluk Sancak, who is still the Chairman of the Board of Pharmactive Pharmaceuticals; is also a board member of Saya Grup, İVEK and SURDER.

Having undertaken managerial positions in various positions at Hedef Gıda, Hedef Ecza, and Hedef Alliance, Mesut Sancak has determined the need for luxury housing in İzmir and invested in the construction sector. Sancak, who laid the foundations of the Folkart brand in 2006, is the Chairman of Folkart Yapı A.Ş. and a Board Member of Saya Grup and Volt Electric Motors.

Metin Sancak is a graduate of Yeditepe University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. Metin Sancak, who worked at Deloitte Touche Tohmats, who provides accounting, auditing, tax and management consultancy services in nearly 140 countries after his graduation, has been holding the General Manager seat of Folkart Yapı San. Tic. A.Ş since 2010. Metin Sancak is a Member of the Board of Directors of Saya Grup.

Levent Selamoğlu is a graduate of Eskişehir Maarif College and Boğaziçi University Faculty of Administrative Sciences. Selamoğlu, who completed his master’s degree at Istanbul University Institute of Business Economics, subsequently worked at Enka, The Coca-Cola Export Corp., Ericsson Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., GlaxoSmithKline İlaçları A.Ş. and Mustafa Nevzat İlaçları A.Ş., respectively. Since April 2015, Levent Selamoğlu has been serving as a board member at Saya Grup, Folkart Yapı and Pharmactive Pharmaceuticals.

Zeki Ekinci is a graduate of Eskişehir Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration. Zeki Ekinci, who has held different positions in the Provincial and District Organizations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, served as the Branch Manager Responsible for Agricultural Cooperatives in the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture of Bitlis province, and then continued to work as the Provincial Deputy Director and then as the Provincial Director. Ekinci, who retired from the public sector with the title of manager in 1998, first served as Marmara Es Pharmaceutical Warehouse General Manager and then as the Marmara Region Regional Director established within the framework of Hedef Holding. Zeki, who was appointed as a board member representing Hedef Holding at the United Company of Pharmacists (UCP), after the partnership of Hedef Holding with the United Company of Pharmacists (UCP), the largest distribution channel in Egypt, has been a member of the Board of Directors of Saya Grup since 2018.

Atty. A. Hamit Sancak is a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law. Sancak, who worked as an attorney for 2 years after graduation, after working at Deloitte Touche Tohmats for a while, continued his career in Saya Grup as of 2010. Serving as the General Manager of Volt Electric Motors since 2011, Sancak was appointed as the Chairman of Volt Electric Motors Board of Directors as of 2022. Attorney A. Hamit Sancak, who also serves as Volt Gearbox General Manager, is a board member of Volt Technology and Saya Group.

After completing his education life, Kadir Erikli, who worked in managerial positions in different institutions, joined the Saya Grup in 2006. Erikli took an active role in restructuring the affiliates operating within the group, establishing a financial joint reporting system, digitizing budget studies and establishing an internal audit system. Erikli, currently serving as Financial Affairs Director at Saya Group and having experience and expertise in analysis of new investment areas, business partnerships and acquisitions, is a Member of the Board of Directors of Saya Grup.

Rıdvan Özdemir, who started his professional career at Türkiye Halk Bankası after his education, joined the Saya Family as Folkart Yapı Finance Manager in 2006. Rıdvan Özdemir served as finance manager, finance coordinator, assistant general manager of financial affairs at Folkart Yapı, and finance and treasury director at Saya Group, respectively. Rıdvan Özdemir, who still continues his duties as Folkart Deputy General Manager in financial affairs and Saya Group Finance and Treasury Director, serves as a member of the board of directors of Volt Gearbox and Saya Group.
